Happy New Year everyone.  We are proud to announce the winners of this annual contest.  They are 1119 Aqua Lane, and 1057 Sailing Bay Drive.  Each household wins a $25 dollar gift card.  Congratulations to the winners, and thanks to everyone who helped decorate the neighborhood in the holiday spirit.

We are proud to announce this contest is underway.  This year, the top two households judged as having the best holiday decorations will each receive a $25 Home Depot gift card. Last year’s decorations were beautiful, and we thank all of you who are putting up your holiday decorations this year, to make the neighborhood shine.

Even the entrances are participating (but are, of course, not eligible for winning a gift card).  Also, don’t forget about donating an ornament for the little Christmas tree at the Aqua Lane entrance.
